EZ Homeloans, LLC is looking for a talented Branch Sales Manager! If you have an active NMLS license and are an experienced leader in sales and driving your team to success, we want to speak with YOU!

As the Branch Manager, you manage all sales, service and operational functions within the branch. You will lead and develop your team with the goal of providing an overall excellent member experience through all interactions by providing solutions and products that meet our member’s financial goals and needs! 

This is NOT an entry-level position! We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager and a hard-working team player. Only applications that meet the qualifications will be considered.

Job Description

• Establish and build strong internal/external relationships through delivering exceptional service, problem-solving and meeting/exceeding goals
• Actively drive business development; continually seeking out opportunities to improve operations and productivity
• Help your team Originate Mortgage Loans via telephone sales presentations
• Consult with clients about current and future financial needs
• Commitment to grow the branch by leading, directing and coaching staff, promoting teamwork and a positive working environment
• Advise, educate, and teach clients on the home-buying or refinance process and how to better manage their mortgages
• Identify current customer needs to provide sound guidance for the right product solutions
• Assist team member and clients through the loan process from application to closing
• Qualify loans by promptly and accurately evaluating loan applications
• Ensure compliance with policies and government regulations
• Able to devise and implement business plans to meet production goals
• Counsel new and existing borrowers on mortgage loan options
• Suggest loan solutions and originate loans in accordance with company lending guidelines and customer satisfaction standards to ensure complete borrower satisfaction
• Apply transaction-appropriate pricing in accordance with company guidelines and pricing policy
• Operate as a key point of contact during the loan process including responsibility for updating the borrower(s) on loan status, reviewing disclosures with borrower(s) and reviewing loan documents with borrower(s)
• Manage and inspire team members to perform to their full potential, thus driving branch profitability
• Performs other duties as assigned

Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following

• Various work backgrounds and experience levels – prior lending experience REQUIRED
• Active NMLS#
• Call Center experience
• Sales and service-oriented
• Passed the Mortgage Loan Originator UST
• Passion, great communication skills, self-motivation, positive attitude, and competitive spirit
• Demonstrated competency in meeting customer service standards
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Ability to work both independently and as a team player
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong presentation and sales skills with the ability to apply them via telephone
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• PC proficiency, with knowledge of MS Office tools, loan origination software and loan servicing software (Encompass, VA, FHA, Conventional, IRRRL, Streamline)
